Here's another of my favorite mask from Naruko. It is also one of their most popular products and was nominated for Cite Cosme Beauty Awards last year. It's a lovely rose-scented deep hydration mask that can prevent dullness and give radiant complexion, as what they claims. I gotta admit that I'm a sucker for nice scent haha...But the scent does have therapeutic function, it really helps a lot in relaxation, which is one of the main reason I keep going for sheet mask. 

今天要给大家分享的是我的最爱之一， 它也是牛尔亲研的热卖产品，去年还获得了Cite Cosme Beauty Awards的提名。一打开包装，淡淡的玫瑰花香扑鼻而来。据说，面膜可给予深层保湿，让暗沉的皮肤焕然一新、明亮艳人。在这里，我必须想大家坦白，我是会被香味所吸引，我超爱香香的产品。。哈哈。。可是我觉得香味的确有治疗性效果，对放松身心很有帮助，也是我一直喜欢用这种面膜的原因。

Now, the real reason this mask is one of their best seller is the micro technology that used to transform the the essence into ultra-fine bio-active molecules that can easily penetrate through the skin cells into deeper layer and release its active energy. And of course the mask is full of awesome ingredients and their signature Phytoferulin. They not only pump hydration into the skin, they also lock in the moisture. And all the rose extract and essential oils, other plant extracts are for hydration, nourishment and anti-aging. But the most vital element is still the micro technology that is used for better absorption.

Another important element that make a good mask is the fabric. For this mask, they used a thin and soft fabric for better absorption. The soft fabric was able to cover the skin without any air trapped in between. So, the skin is forced to absorb maximum level of goodness from the mask. The essence is watery but has a gel-like consistency. So, I do feel a bit sticky after using. 

一张好的面膜还有另一个很重要的元素，那就是布料。这款呢，用的是比较软薄的布质，好让皮肤可以有更好的吸收效果。软软的布质会乖乖的敷在皮肤上，没有多余的空气藏在里头。这样皮肤就被逼吸收精华里所有的滋润。面膜里的精华水水的可是又有点凝胶状。用完以后，我感觉有点粘粘的。

Midweek Mask Talk: NARUKO Taiwan Magnolia Brightening and Firming Mask EX

A thousand apologizes for the late post this week. Midweek has become weekend and I'm really sorry about it. Work has been crazy and my week was too hectic. I did sneak time for mask but did not have time to blog about it. So I guess everyone is preparing for Raya holiday now? Some are already at your holiday destination I believe. Wherever you are, I'm very sure you want to look the best. Now here's something that can give you a quick fix. 

我郑重地向大家道歉，这个礼拜的post严重地迟了！真的很对不起，最近工作真的太忙了。还好我有时间敷面膜，只不过没有时间写blog。 现在大家应该都在享受着开斋节假日吧？ 相信很多都已经到达了假期的目的地对吗？ 无论你在哪儿，都会想呈献出自己最好的一面，这里我要给大家分享一个急救的良品。

This mask from Naruko's Taiwan Magnolia Series is actually for aging skin. It repair, brighten and firm the skin. I believe in starting up early in anti-aging. I'm in my quarter life so it is time to have some precaution. 

Staying up late does affect our skin complexion a bit at the next day. My skin is always a drama queen in this department. Usually after a late night, my skin will become dull and dead the next day and it will last a few days. This piss me off! It actually made me think twice before deciding whether to go clubbin' or not. I have to weigh my sacrifices which is really sad. 

这款牛尔亲研的台湾白玉兰系列专针对熟龄肌。它可修复、提亮和拉紧皮肤。本人相信抗老是越早越好，我现在都已经二十五岁了，是时候开始做些预防措施。常常熬夜不睡觉会影响肤质，第二天就马上见效。 我的皮肤绝对是“超级戏剧女王”， 反应是超大、超明显的， 而且还会持续几天呢！就因为这样，朋友约去夜店之前我都会犹豫不绝。

Okay, my point is staying up late means our body is unable to rest and detox properly and hence, our skin becomes dull and it ages faster than normal. So, this mask actually hits all the spot. After using it, I only notice slight brightening effect, don't expect it to work like a magic. That is abnormal. Don't forget it's only 15 minutes on our skin. The essence of this mask is white in color and the ingredient list is as shown for those who are interested. It mainly contains a lot of plant/flower extract. There's also shea butter in it. I'm quite surprise about this though. There's also a special ingredient called Phytoferulin. This is an exclusive ingredient owned by Naruko and used in all their products which enhances the skin's natural defense system against external harmful elements. It is created using 11 types of plant extract and is certified by ECOCERT.

ok 我要说的是，熬夜会导致身体无法好好休息和拍毒，所以肤色会暗淡，皮肤老化的速度会更快，而这款面膜刚好就是针对这几个问题。我用完后，发现只有少少的提亮效果，请大家别期望这面膜会像变魔术一样，那时不寻常的，别忘记它只有15分钟的时间来滋润我们的皮肤哦！ 面膜里的精华是白色的。所有成份都列入在以下照片里。主要的有很多种植物/花类的精华。面膜里还有乳木果油，看到它我的确很惊讶。还有一种独特的成份就是Phytoferulin，牛尔亲研独有的成份，结合了十一种植物精华，也经ECOCERT认证。

Now, from the photos, I'm sure you have notice that this mask is a bit different. It has ears and some extras at the bottom. Basically just place the mask as usual and then stretch the fabric a bit and bring the sides to hook on your ears. Then, do the same for the bottom piece.

从照片大家应该都看得出这款面膜的设计与众不同。 它有多余的“耳朵”， 下面还有多余的一块。用法基本上是和普通面膜一样的。只需将面膜敷在脸上，然后顺着拉，拉到耳朵边钩住，下巴的部分也一样。看看以下照片就懂了。

  

Apart from the ingredients, the fabric of the mask plays a vital role too. It provides the support for firming. The fabric of the mask is quite thick and this allows it to be stretch nicely to the sides. There's tonnes of firming mask out there and some are just normal sheet mask that does nothing in firming. This mask, however, has a smarter design. Put it on and you'll feel the pull from the mask. Those with double chin problems should try this mask actually, it might help in long term. Though, no one can guarantee that at this time.

一款面膜要好用，除了成份重要以外，面膜的品质也非常重要，尤其是有提拉功效的面膜。因为面膜需要给于足够的支撑度。这款面膜的布质还瞒厚的，可以放心的拉。对于有双下巴的朋友们，不妨试试这面膜，长期用应该会有效吧！可是，暂时没人敢写保单。

NARUKO Rose & Snow Fungus Classic Hydrating Night Gelly

If you are a lazy person like me, I would suggest you try this. Sleeping mask are the most easy ones, just slap it onto your face and go to sleep. Then when you wake up, you'll have hydrated, bouncy skin..oh yea!! Over night, the skin drinks up all the water from the mask and all the cells become bigger. Subsequently, the pores  and fine lines will also shrink. Hence, the skin looks bouncy and firm. Malaysia is a tropical country and our weather is hot most of the year. I believe most of us sleep in an air-conditioned room. Air-cond is bad for our skin. They dry out the air in the room and our skin. So, it is advised to apply night mask to lock the moisture in our skin. Apart from that, I also realized that it's easier for my foundation to stick to the skin too. It glides on smoothly on hydrated skin and it last longer throughout the day. When the skin is hydrated, it's less oily so I don't need to touch up so often. 

如果你也像我一样懒，我就会建议你试试这产品。晚安冻膜是最方便的补水方式。只需擦上少许产品，然后就可以去睡觉了。第二天睡醒时，你就会有水份饱满、弹性十足的肌肤了。真的是太棒了！！ 在夜间，皮肤会吸取冻膜里的所有水份，而细胞也会膨胀、毛孔和细纹也会消失。马来西亚是个热带国家，长年气候都很炎热。我相信很多大马人每晚都是睡在冷气房里的。冷气对皮肤很不好，因为冷气会把空气里和皮肤的水分吸干， 所以专家都建议我们用冻膜来锁住皮肤里的水份。 除此之外，我发觉水份充足的皮肤比较容易上妆，妆也会耐久一些。皮肤不干燥就不会出油，而我也不用一直不装。

This sleeping mask is formulated to supply moisture to our skin. It is added with Hyaluronic Acid, Serine, Ceramide, CE Booster and White Willow Bark extract. These ingredients repair and moisture our skin. At night, our skin will automatically trigger its repair and renew mechanism. So, it's the best time to provide the skin with mineral and vitamins. The night mask is also infused with Bulgarian rose, rose grass, rosewood and green citrus essential oil which helps to condition the skin and eliminate fine lines.

HOW TO USE: After cleansing your face, put on your regular skincare products and lastly apply the night gelly. A moderate amount will do because too much of the night gelly will make your face very sticky and you might end up with a dirty pillow the next morning. 

使用方式： 洗完脸后，复上平时用的护肤品。最后才复上晚安冻膜。份量适当就好，因为擦太多会很粘，而且会弄脏枕头。 

Before getting this night mask, I was using Laneige Water Sleeping Pack_EX. The effect is almost the same. I would say that this is the perfect dup for the Laneige one and it is so much cheaper. The newly formulated Laneige Water Sleeping Pack cost about RM100/80ml and the Naruko one cost only RM42/60ml. It's almost double the price. And Naruko.com is still having the night mask promotion which you get 2 for RM69 or RM79. Others are on 10% discount. And their delivery service is very fast too! If you are thinking of what to get your girlfriends for Xmas, this should be it! Everyone needs extra hydration for their skin and Naruko's products are very gentle. So, you don't need to worry about it.

First impression #2: NRK All-in-one High Potency Moisturizer

Last week, I purchased a few things from Naruko.com.my. They're having buy 1 free 1 promotion for their sheet mask and some other discounts as well. Their service was really fast. I really loved it! I also got this new product that they have from NRK. It's a new concept in skincare. It's called the All-in-One High Potency Moisturizer. It basically equals to your toner, serum and moisturizer but in 1 bottle. It contains Hyaluronic Acid and cucumber extract (hydration), honey extract and shea butter (nourishment), uva ursi and litchi extract (anti-aging), elderberry flower and cactus extract (soothing). Based on their website, it has 9 benefits to the skin. 

1. Moisturizing 2. Moist-retaining 3. Soothing 4. Recuperate 

5. Restore radiant 6. Elasticity 7. Anti Aging 8. Repairing 9. Protecting. 

上个星期，我从Naruko.com.my买了一些东西。他们现在正举办着卖一送一面膜大出销，其他产品也有折扣。他们的服务很好，很快就收到产品了，真的爱死他们了！除了买面膜，我也买了这瓶新的一步搞定全效保湿素。它一瓶就等于化妆水，精华素和护肤乳。　它含有玻尿酸和小黄瓜萃取（保湿），蜂蜜萃取和乳木果油（滋养），　熊果叶和荔枝萃取（抗老），接骨木花和仙人掌茎萃取（舒缓）。根据他们的网站，这产品有九大功能。

The product is a clear, colorless liquid which is quite thick. But once it is apply to the skin and make contact with heat, the consistency becomes lighter. The texture is like toner. Basically, 3 drops will cover the whole face. And surprisingly, it's very hydrating and nourishing. My pores appear smaller after application. And I realize my skin produces less oil. When the oil gland sense that the surface of the skin is dry, it will automatically produces more oil to keep the skin moist. In other words, my skin is less oily means it's perfectly hydrated. So, this is how I know that my skin is hydrated or not. 

这保湿素是无色的液体，质体还瞒厚的。　可是，当把这保湿素擦在皮肤上，接触到皮肤的温度时，它就会变得比较稀。质感就像普通的化妆水。基本上，３滴就足够擦完整张脸。更令人出奇的是它的保湿度非常高，也很滋润。我的毛孔明显地缩小了。我也发觉皮肤少出油。当皮肤底层的油腺感到皮肤表皮很干的时候，它就会产生油质来保护皮肤。换句话来说，我的皮肤没有那么油是因为它有充分的水分。　这是我用来断定皮肤是否有充足的水分。

Love the packaging as well. It's light and spill-free. Good for travelling. I don't need to carry a whole bag full of products anymore! Oh and it's super cheap, only RM29/150ml. 

I highly recommend this to teenagers who are just starting to take up the habit of protecting your skin or who doesn't have so much money to spend on skincare and people like me who are on the go all the time

超爱它的包装的！轻便又防漏。我再也不用带着一大包的护肤品了。还有，它是超便宜的，只售RM29/150ml。

我强烈推荐给那些护肤初学者和青少年，还有想省钱的小资女们及常到处乱跑的人，就像我一样。

TGIF ladies! I'm currently half way through this bottle. It's from Naruko's Magnolia series. I love the light floral scent, which I think it's from the Magnolia flower. I've never smell a Magnolia before so I can't really tell. It's slightly thicker than the Rose & Botanic one (link here). But not to worry, it's not sticky when you apply onto your face. 

又是星期五，周末来临了！！本小姐现在用着的是牛尔亲研的白玉兰钻采超紧緻美白乳液EX。我超爱它那淡淡的花香，相信是白玉兰花香。可是因为我没真正闻过白玉兰花，所以不能肯定。这支化妆水比之前用过的森玫瑰水立方保湿露来得比较浓厚。可是大家别担心，擦在脸上不会有黏黏的感觉。

The Magnolia Series is mainly for pre-mature skin. Err...yes I'm only 24 and I'm using an anti-aging toner. It's never too early for prevention! The series is actually very suitable for women in the late 20's whose skin is entering the aging stage. Its Magnolia extract helps to delay aging and improve skin's translucence level. The toner act as a defense mechanism to protect the skin against environmental damage like UV during the day and at night, it activates skin collagen for reproduction. Apart from that, it also contains Vitamin C and Arbutin which reduce and prevent the formulation of melanin in our skin, as well as relieves dullness. For those who don't know, melanin is the key determination of the color for many parts of our body. The higher the concentration of melanin, the darker our skin looks. And of course, the toner gotta have moisturizing components like Hyaluronic Acid and other essential oil. 

Oh and my favorite thing about the toner is that it's only RM38/120ml. Comparing the price and all the benefit that it gives to my skin, I say this is one of the best deals in town!! 

这白玉兰钻采系列主要是针对初老的皮肤。大家可能觉得我才24 岁，有必要用抗老成分的产品吗？可是我告诉你，抗老是永远不会太早的！其实这系列非常适合27-28 岁的女人。在这时期，皮肤开始老化。产品里的白玉兰提炼品可助于延迟老化过程及提升透明感。 在白天使用时，化妆水就会形成一层保护膜，不让皮肤受到外界的侵害包括紫外线；在夜里，它就会促进胶原蛋白的生产。除此之外，它也还有维他命C和熊果素，可帮助减少和抵抗黑色素的产生，也帮助消解皮肤暗沉问题。当然，产品里少不了些保湿成分。

还有，我觉得这化妆水最值得买的原因是它只售RM38/120ml。超值的耶！！ 

HOW TO APPLY: I like to apply the toner by using these air-laid facial puffs. I think it's better than using normal cotton pad because it doesn't soak up too much product. By using the facial puff, it helps to remove any remaining dirt or make up on my face. As you can see from the picture below, I got them from Watsons. The air-laid facial puffs is made from non-woven fabric. Each box has 90 folded sheets. I'll cut them into two so each box I'll get 180 pieces. 

使用方式： 本人喜欢把化妆水倒在用以下图内的化妆棉上，再涂在脸上。 一来可以确保皮肤是真的干净了，二来是这款化妆棉不会吸掉太多的产品，三来可以顺便去角质。以下两种化妆棉都是我从Watsons买的。每盒有90张。我都会把它剪成两片，所以一盒会有180张。两种的价格也一样，都是 RM5.90。我个人比较喜欢以下这一款，因为它比较粗，方便去角质。

For the premium non-woven facial puffs, it's made from 70% of Viscose and 30% of Polyester. It's also lint free. There's 180 pieces in a box. After trying out  both, I prefer the air laid facial puffs because I think it helps to exfoliate my skin. (it's rougher compared to the premium one). Both cost the same, RM 5.90 and you get the same amount of product.

NARUKO Tea Tree Purifying Clay Mask & Cleanser In 1

Hi everyone,

On my recent visit to the health care stores, my mission is to purchase a purifying mask. Then I found NARUKO Tea Tree Purifying Clay Mask & Cleanser in 1 which gives me 3 in 1 benefits; 1) facial cleanser, 2) gentle exfoliant, 3) deep cleansing mask. Tea tree oil is extracted from the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifolia (a native plant in Australia) and it is best used to clarify the skin, deep cleansing to wash away unnecessary oil to prevent clogged pores and acne. 

最近一次去逛保健商店的任务是买一支净肤面膜。最后让我找到了[牛尔亲研] 的茶树抗痘敷面净肤泥。 它有三大功能: 1) 洗颜乳 2) 去角质 3) 敷面泥。 产品里的茶树是从一种生长在澳大利亚的植物上提取的。那植物的名称是Melaleuca Alternifolia. 它有很大的洁净功効, 以助于深层净肤、去除油脂及舒畅阻塞的毛孔。

Though there's three ways of using this product, but I've only used it as a cleanser at first. Personally I am a big fan of tea tree oil products. I really love the smell of essential aroma and also the refreshed feeling and cooling effect leaving on my face. With Zinc PCA as an oil control agent, it works well on my oily & combination skin type to cleanse the oil and impurities on my face. Most importantly is paraben free! 

虽然有三种用法，我开始时只是把它当洗脸霜用。本人很喜欢茶树的产品，所以我也很喜欢它那清香的味道。而且用了之后，还有清凉和提神皮肤的功效。产品里面含有控油成分：锌。对混合性或油性皮肤的朋友们，这可是最佳用品！因为它可以去除脸上的油脂和杂质。最重要的是，它不含Paraben.

The texture is slightly creamy and contain jojoba beads with mint (the blue thingy) which use to exfoliate the skin. It is not rough but gentle to the skin. Soon after using it, my skin looks cleaner and brighter. 

产品是膏状的。它含有荷荷巴和薄荷（蓝色的点点），擦在皮肤上有助于去角质，也不会太粗。用了之后，皮肤看起来洁净、亮丽。

If you were to use it as a mask, I would suggest these two ways. 1) After exfoliate, you can leave it for about 3 mins on your face then rinse off. 2) Or after cleansing, squeeze about 3cm and apply evenly on your T-zone/face for about 5 mins then rinse off. 

如果你是把它当面膜泥来用的话，我建议以下两种用法：1）去完角质后，让产品留在脸上大约3分钟，然后再洗掉。2）又或是在洗完脸后，挤出大约3公分的产品，平均擦在 “T” 字部位 / 整个脸上。分量清适量调整。五分钟后，用清水洗掉。

Some beauty tips to share with you. If you are oily skin type, you can apply all over the face otherwise just apply on the T-zone area. You can also follow the below massage technique. (extracted from Naruko's website). 

在这里有些美容提示要和大家分享。如果你是油性肌肤的，可以将产品涂在整个脸上。如果是干性，就建议你只涂在 “T” 字部位上。大家可以参考以下的按摩方式。

Today's review is about one of my favorite toner, Naruko's Rose & Botanic HA Aqua Cubic Hydrator. It's very watery, just like any other toner. After applying the toner, my skin feels moist and stabilized. My pore also minimizes. Apart from that, it has light scent of rose, which gives a relaxing effect. It feels like I'm at the spa. 

今天要为大家评论的是我的最爱之一, 那就是Naruko的森玫瑰水立方保湿露。它像一般化妆水一样, 水水的。搽上了之后, 我的皮肤感觉很滋润, 细纹减少了, 毛孔也缩小了。除此之外, 它还有淡淡的玫瑰花香, 可让人放松心情, 闻了像在做spa一样。

The bottle of watery goodness is filled with multiple moisturizing ingredients including Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and CE booster extracted from Dermaveil. It also helps to nourish and repair skin cell. When the cell is hydrated and healthy, the size of our pores will reduce. Of course, only having those nutrient is not enough. The toner is also formulated with enhancer agents which prepares the skin for absorption.

How to apply: (Daily use) Pour some of the toner onto a normal cotton pad like most people do or pour it onto a non-woven cotton pad like I do. Then gently apply the toner onto the face in strokes from all the inner spot of you face and slowly move upward to the outer part of your face. 使用方式：（日常用法）倒出少许的化妆水到化妆棉上或是像我一样，用非织的化妆棉。然后，轻轻地从脸的内部往外搽。我通常比较喜欢从内脸颊开始，再来是额头和颈部。全都使用从下往上的方式搽。我觉得你们还是参考以下的图式好了，会比较容易明白。（次序可以随意调换）

How to apply: Toner 

How to apply: (Weekly use) This toner can also be uses as hydrating facial mask. I will just wet the non-woven cotton pad with toner then place it onto my nose and inner cheek where all my crazy large pore are. Leave it for about 5-10 minutes then remove the cotton pad and massage until the product dries off. 

使用方式：（每周式用法）化妆水也可以当面膜。将大量的化妆水倒到非织化妆棉上。然后就把湿透的化妆棉平敷在脸颊上。我喜欢放在很多粗大毛孔聚集的部位，比如内脸颊和鼻子。五至十分钟后即可拿下，然后按摩至化妆水干完为止。
